A Structure that Captures Light
Ground Seoul features a total of nine floors—four below ground and five above—with a total floor area of 1,500 pyeong.
The building is distinguished by its striking architectural design.
Designed by ISON Architects, the structure is entirely encased in translucent glass blocks, creating a luminous and ethereal presence.
Sunlight streams through two large openings on the first and second floors, illuminating the space from the second floor
above ground all the way down to the fourth basement level.
Additionally, the building features a dramatic void space on the first floor, offering unobstructed views
from the ground level down to the fourth basement floor—highlighting the building’s unique and innovative architectural form.
